Tracey Gore is a lifetime island local. Growing up on Fort Myers Beach has provided her historical insight, while serving the community in various appointed positions has given her first-hand knowledge of land use on the island and its surrounding areas. Tracey raised her children on Fort Myers Beach and continues to run a successful commercial shrimping business.

Lifetime Island Local and Community Leader

Active in the community all her life, Tracey was elected to the Town Council by the residents for a three-year term and unanimously appointed Mayor. While in politics, among other delegations, Tracey sat on the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) where she served a term as Chair, making decisions with county, state and federal officials on local and regional impacts. Tracey attended the island’s elementary school, where later she was PTO President and taught as a substitute teacher.

Former Mayor and council member of the Town of Fort Myers Beach, Tracey Gore is also a local business owner and real estate investor. With first-hand knowledge of the island and local Fort Myers Beach real estate, Tracey offers her clients unique insight and expertise as they navigate the Southwest Florida real estate market together.

Tracey was raised in a family of service and has always been a community volunteer helping the residents and businesses. Her family raised funds and coordinated the island’s famous 4th of July Fireworks for almost 25 years. Tracey has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a Minor in Marketing concentrating in Public Relations. She worked many years as a production assistant and event planner for concerts and events all over Southwest Florida with a variety of talents such as Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert, Allen Jackson, Luke Bryan, Def Leppard, Styx, Amy Grant, Daughtry, Ron White, the Rockettes, Kid Rock and many more!
